Clerkin Lynch LLP Seminar: IT Operational Resilience Last night, we were pleased to conclude this year's seminar series on a high note with our latest seminar. Mark Browne delved into Central Bank's Operational Resilience requirements including CP140, and Kevin Lynch discussed practical legal issues relating to technology contracts.
