Introducing our new Social Media Manager - Evgenia Niskoroda 🎉 She's looking for an apartment to rent in Dublin City, balcony preferred, close to work, with a great kitchen. She's a great tenant, but we've seen no references. (We asked her what she'd like us to say, it's a tough market out there 🤣) Seriously though, Evgenia has already proven an incredible addition to the team and you've already been reading her copy across our socials. She's smashing it and we're excited for you to get to know her! Welcome to the team! 😁 #newhire #socialmedia

It’s somehow only been two months since Fabio Ciccarelli and Daniel Buckley captured the opening of the Austin branch of The Dead Rabbit 😮 The bar is a beautiful space filled to the brim with quality, we were delighted to play our part! 🙏

Now, two months might seem like an arbitrary amount of time - just 62 days - a relatively small number, when we’re here for the long term. But on July 4th, two months ago today, we opened the doors to The Dead Rabbit Austin - and that’s worth celebrating. In many ways, it feels like a lifetime ago - but at the same time, well, it could have been just yesterday. As with any new venture, there’ve been bumps along the way - challenges both expected and unforeseen, lessons and learnings, and mountains of growth - because when you’re building 100-year bars, you don’t fear change - you embrace it. We’re thankful to our guests and regulars, but most of all, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our team, who make these four walls a home - we can’t wait to continue evolving with you. Two months behind us, a century to come.

A quick look back over All Together Now 2024! James Winans, our multi-talented events expert, ran an unbelievable session for Jameson and Irish Distillers where we served up the best drinks of the weekend 🥃 Delighted to be there to take over ATN in 2024 🔥

Senior Brand Manager at Irish Distillers

Still recovering from a crazy, busy weekend at All Together Now where Jameson Connects - The Circle stage came to life for the 3rd year in a row. Each year the Jameson team live for this and get to work with a huge interagency team of massively talented people. I was so proud of what we achieved this year with a full line up of Irish talent such as The Murder Capital, Just Mustard and Aby Coulibaly to name a few, all curated by The Tenth Man ; our lead agency. Eric Davidson, Wesley Dillon and Ró Dennis The space has evolved each year thanks to Nineyards innovative thinking with building sustainable structures that will live on site all year around and can be used again year after year. For 2024 we added a permanent bar and shop which elevated the space to a new level. Michael Durkan, Sebastian Lam, Barry Holden Our Jameson Brand Ambassadors and colleagues came to support by snapping beautiful content all weekend for socials and leading our merch shop activation where all profits were donated to Arts & Disability Ireland, a scheme designed to support artists with disabilities to make new and ambitious work. The team raised a whopping €2700 through the sale of the Jameson Connects: The Circle merch, artist merch which was bought by Jameson directly to support the musicians on our stage, and limited edition Jameson X Dickies merch. Jamie Barry, Joseph Duffy, Alex Stevens, Alice Lynch, Holly Johnston, Claudia Gibson, Emma Isdale, Martin Baldassarre, Roisin Maguire, Ruth Fagan. The Circle also hosted photography sessions to produce your own album cover thanks to Sweartaker and landed endless coverage over the weekend. Niall O’ Halloran , Aoiffe Madden, Mark Kilbride , Colm Hanley, Fiona Hyland, Oyindamola Animashaun It would be a miss to mention all of the above without calling out the drinks, the most of important part of the Jameson areas at ATN… with our serve of the summer Jameson, ginger and lime leading the way, we also included high quality pre-batched cocktails by the brilliant team in All Bar None/Drink In. James Winans   And finally all of this would never have been possible without our dream partners in POD festivals who work hand in hand with us to ensure we are bringing new and exciting things to the festival. Will Rolfe and Helena Burns Thank you to this amazing team of people who I had the pleasure of working with from beginning to end and especially team Jameson Oskar Persson, Léa Trippitelli, Stuart Moffett, Pippa Ryan and our Marketing Director Jessica L. 🥃🔥

Tasked with coming up with a slogan to sit atop The Irish Exit at Moynihan Train Hall at Penn Station ‘One For The Road?’ seemed the most fitting choice. We wanted this to sound playful and suggestive, a little tongue-in-cheek, while also fitting the concept - an Irish pub in a transit hub in bustling Midtown Manhattan. Context is key. Not pictured - around 60 Irish facts for the announcement board, cocktail names, newsletter and web copy. lower case socials for The Irish Exit, social media management and copywriting, July 2023 - present day ✍🏼 📸 one by Nicholas Ruiz 📸 two - five by Drink In

Managing Director at The Dead Rabbit

Opening a new bar, and any business for that matter, is incredibly intense. It’s like welcoming a screaming baby into the world that’s trying to tell you what it wants and when it’s not happy. A new business screams in much the same way; only customers, team members, and the building itself are telling you what it needs to be nurtured and completely satisfied. We’re only two weeks old, and our ears and eyes are wide open, learning and improving each and every day. In a few weeks, I think the team and I will be a lot happier with where we’re at. Much love to everyone who’s come to see us as we take our awkward first steps. ❤️🇮🇪📸: Drink In

When touring Ireland with The Dead Rabbit team in 2017, we visited over 100 Irish pubs, covering 5,000 miles and 29 Counties. And while each pub had its own story and style, they all had one thing in common - their commitment to a good welcome, and hospitable inclusivity, often saying ‘As long as you pay for your drinks and you’re nice to people, I don’t care who you are.’ That sentiment inspired the wording for The Dead Rabbit credo. This ‘Notice to Patrons’ is the first thing a guest sees when they walk through the doors at this multi-award-winning, world-acclaimed pub, so it’s important. A statement of intent, we wrote this to feel welcoming, inclusive, and perhaps most importantly - Irish. And now, it’s on display in Austin, too. lower case socials for The Dead Rabbit, social media management and copywriting, March 2022 - present day ✍🏼 📸 one by Nicholas Ruiz 📸 two and three by Drink In

Some of our work for our friends at The Dead Rabbit in a little moment of quiet. Ten minutes later, place was jammed as per usual! We take the quiet moments when we can 😂 #photography #digital #hospitality

We have new interior shots taken every quarter. Why? Because there’s always something new to see. And while we work closely - and regularly - with our in-house photographer, we also employ the talents of Dublin-based studio, Drink In. Most recently, they visited in March, ahead of St Patrick’s Day and the Six Nations, but they managed to capture some moments of calm, too. Quiet and serene are not words usually associated with The Dead Rabbit. But every day, when the sawdust is freshly thrown and the lights are dimmed just so, there’s an element of stillness. And sure, it’s peaceful in a way, but we always prefer the action. Photos by Fabio Ciccarelli
