Thanks very much to Dave A. Barry, FCIPD of Conexion.ie®, Cork Chamber's Conor Healy and Cork Chamber Skillnet's Garrett O' Rourke for the invitation to participate in their seminar, Talent Management in the Evolving World of AI. It was great to share a platform with Trend Micro's Raymond Crowley and Eli Lilly and Company's Siobhan Long. Big takeaways - 'The Big Stay' is now the catch word with employees deciding to stay put as the world becomes more uncertain. So it's more important than ever to make your employees feel emotionally connected, valued and heard - something we have trained AI to do at Emotionise. Involve your employees in your organisation's AI journey. As Dave said, it's a great leveller and Ray observed that everyone can get involved.

We're onboarding customers who see the value of having bespoke Generative AI communication models trained in their Tone of Voice, Values and of course the all important emotional intelligence in how their customer support agents and employees communicate. Very glad to be part of TechIreland's National AI Meet in Galway this week. It was a great combination of expert speakers with real insights such as Endava's Joe Dunleavy who heralded the role of AI agents - which Emotionise is making big gains with - and OpenAI's Colin Jarvis, Microsoft's Jonathan Eustace and Genesys's Seamus Hayes who demonstrated their AI's new innovations. A big thanks to Sree (Sreekanth Nagabhushana) and John O'Dea for organising another valuable and worthwhile event.

Delighted to make The Sunday Times Ireland Inside Track with Nick Webb. It's been essential reading for several years! And yes, Emotionise IS raising at the moment. We were one of the first Irish startups to see the potential of #GenerativeAI, working with Open Ai Labs since 2021. Lots of companies are talking about Gen AI, but we have actually BUILT our solution. We have created the world's ONLY domain model trained with emotional intelligence at its core. We're onboarding paying customers and launching our new website in the next few weeks. We always give live demos so if you're a customer or investor, we'd love to meet you - marie@emotionise.ai

Delighted to be part of Dublin Tech Summit 2024! Join me on May 29th-30th at the RDS in Dublin, where we'll be diving into debating if AI will be bigger than the internet! https://lnkd.in/eH2UQYgN #DubTechSummit

Very proud to be part of Enterprise Ireland's Startup Class of 2023. Emotionise is now a High Potential Startup Client of Enterprise Ireland. We started with Enterprise Ireland's New Frontiers programme, secured Pre-Seed Start Funding at the end of 2022 and then secured HPSU funding in December 2023. As we begin to close out our Pre-Seed round, Enterprise Ireland is one of our largest investors. But it's offered us a lot more than that - validation, support and contacts. Thanks to our very supportive DA Brian Sheridan, Donnchadh Cullinan, Kevin Donnelly and Cillian Sugrue

Back to my alma mater University College Cork this week to watch Alan Gilsenan's wonderful documentary about psychiatrist & healer Ivor Browne. Ivor - who passed away at the age of 94 a few weeks ago - revolutionised how we approach mental health in Ireland, always valuing the dignity of every individual he encountered and recognising that trauma or 'the frozen present' is a vital part of understanding mental health. He understood that all behaviour has meaning and that we all need to feel Valued & Heard.

At Emotionise we have created a Gen AI Employee Engagement model and we're now building a Customer Support model. So we're keen to let everyone know we have products to sell and strategic partnerships to discuss and we got some great opportunities over the last few days. Thanks to George Maybury and Dr. Irina Mirkina, my fellow panellists at the Tech Tribes Ireland event at the Science Gallery Dublin last Friday for such an enjoyable and stimulating chat on AI for Good. And thanks again to Siobhan Human and Brian Ó hOisín for giving us the opportunity. On Saturday morning I joined Mark Little on RTE Radio One's The Business to chat about OpenAI's new release Sora - text to video on an incredible scale. A 9 minute listen below. https://lnkd.in/e_MT7zfQ
