Standing out amongst these esteemed professionals is our very own Órla Burke Senior Project Manager who was awarded the title of Fellow, the most prestigious and senior professional title within the engineering profession. Orla’s unwavering commitment and professional excellence have rightfully earned her accolades. She was delighted to be acknowledged in her beloved city of Cork, reflecting the significance of her roots. Our colleagues Brian Magee, Project Manager and Dr Kamal Radi, Senior Specialist were honoured to deliver a presentation for the Smart Grid Forums at SG Tech Week 2024 last week in the Netherlands. The joint presentation focused on designing a training programme to reinforce new systems, enabling upskilling and operational self-sufficiency. Additionally, Dr Kamal Radi, jointly with Dr Mohammed Radi delivered a presentation on Common Interface Model (CIM) and its implementation as a data strategy. The expanded Smart Grid technical innovation conference was an excellent platform for collaboration with like-minded peers who face the same digital transformation priorities and challenges. #ItsInOurDNA
