The industry placement is enhanced by a training programme that aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry. The training programme includes both internal and external courses, upskilling and networking opportunities. What is the duration of this Work Ready Graduate Programme? This is a 12-month work placement programme. Who is this Work Ready Graduate Programme for? The ideal graduate candidate will hold MSc. or PhD in Food Science, Food Technology or other related field. Pleased to see the pre proof to our latest publication now available on the Journal of Dairy Science website. The publication looks at butters produced from the Irish high pasture allowance dairy system, and compares it to that of a medium and no pasture allowance dairy systems which are more commonly used around the world. This research follows on from another manuscript involving milk from the same herds published last year https://lnkd.in/euYJ-cNV and is part of the Food for Health Ireland project involving both Teagasc and University College Dublin.
