The Planning and Development Act 2024 was signed into law on 17 October 2024 and its implementation is target in the Programme for Government. At our next webinar on 19 March officials from the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage will provide a briefing on the legislation and its implementation. The conference will take place in the Salthill Hotel, Galway on Thursday 10th and Friday 11th April, with the welcome reception taking place the evening of Wednesday 9th April and the conference gala dinner on Thursday night.
