We are thrilled to celebrate a significant milestone – the 10-year work anniversaries of our project manager Gar Grainger and site supervisor Liam Glennon! Gareth started as a foreman. From there, he advanced to a site supervisor position on various projects and then transitioned to a project manager role, which he has held for the past five years. Liam joined JCPS as an apprentice working alongside Gareth. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with Gareth, advancing from plumber to charge hand and now site supervisor. Over the past decade, their unwavering commitment and exceptional leadership have been crucial in driving the success of JCPS. 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲 was chosen for the waste-water system 🌊, while Valsir 𝗛𝗗𝗣𝗘 for the rainwater system 🌧. Both solutions were chosen for their 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 🌱, as attested by the 𝗘𝗣𝗗 (Environmental Products Declaration) and through the 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 certification. -- 🏗 𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗗𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗣𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧, 𝗗𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗢, 𝗜𝗥𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗔 Il progetto prevede lo sviluppo di oltre 𝟱𝟱𝟬 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶 🏘, organizzati in blocchi attorno ad una piazza centrale, e include 𝟰.𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗾 𝗱𝗶 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝘇𝗶 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶, con la presenza di una caffetteria ☕, di un asilo nido 🏫 e di alcuni punti vendita 🏪. Gli impianti di scarico 🌊 saranno realizzati tramite il sistema 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲, mentre per il drenaggio delle acque piovane 🌧 sarà impiegato il sistema 𝗛𝗗𝗣𝗘.
