Today is World Mental Health Day! At Lative I am doing a session with the team about 2 frameworks that I have spoken about in the past and also have helped me and my mental wellbeing....MEPS and DOSE. I have learned a lot about DOSE from Tj Power. It stands for Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins. Well worth listening to any podcast with TJ on and I know he has a book out soon on this subject. MEPS stands for Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual, and is about putting rituals in place to help you always be at your peak. It was developed by Tony Schwartz and Jim Loehr, EdD - definitely worth reading their book.
