The number is increasing, but there’s still work to do. ➡️ 59.6% of women have no choice but to wear PPE designed for men. ➡️ Two-thirds of women experience a negative impact at work due to menstrual symptoms. ➡️ 25% of women report their PPE doesn’t fit properly or is uncomfortable — posing safety risks. ➡️ More than half have had to miss work due to period-related issues. From properly fitting PPE to equal pay and better facilities for health needs, a lot can be done to drive change.
