    The 𝐄𝐔 𝐏𝐚𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 will take effect in June 2026, bringing significant changes for employers across the EU.     Are AI skills really in demand? We analyzed over 4 million phrases in job descriptions over 3 years to find out. What’s most surprising is the dramatic increase in demand for AI skills in non-technical roles this year. This includes roles in marketing, human resources, compliance, management, and more.     𝗡𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 #𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗚𝗮𝗽 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲? 🤔 You're not alone. Many companies in #Ireland with 150+ employees will publish a gender pay gap report for the first time by December. If that's you, here are some resources that should help: 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀: In case you missed it, the government recently published updated 2024 guidance and FAQs for employers. Make sure to check it out: https://t.ly/JRluk 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀: Although the government has not yet launched a central searchable database of past gender pay gap reports, a citizen-led database is available at paygap.ie. You can search for reports submitted by companies in your sector or location from 2022 and 2023. 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀: We have analyzed ~600 reports submitted in Ireland over the past two years.     🔔𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲: One of my top recommendations is Bessemer Ventures' bank of investment memos. Having both raised venture capital and worked as a Partner at a VC firm, I often get asked for tips. My advice is to dive into these memos—they're a fantastic resource for understanding how investors think. Knowing what an investment memo looks like is instructive when creating your deck and dataroom. Memos also shed light on why investors ask certain questions and what areas they focus on to build conviction for their investment committees.
