Bord Bia is hosting eight companies this week at BIOFACH / VIVANESS, the world’s largest organic trade fair in Nuremberg, Germany from February 14th-17th. Attending the show with the Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Pippa Hackett, Bord Bia CEO Jim O'Toole said, ”BIOFACH is a crucial platform to assist companies in building export markets and spotlights how organic agriculture can become the key driver of sustainable food production". In the last year, and since Ireland’s first attendance at the BIOFACH trade show last summer, Bord Bia has appointed a new Organic Sector Manager, Emmet Doyle, who, along with Bord Bia’s German office, are attending BIOFACH this week to provide supports and on-the-ground insights to the Irish companies. #BIOFACH2023 #OriginGreen #IrishFoodExports
