High Powered Dynamic Beam Lasers For Manufacturing
עלינו
Our laser technology creates endless possibilities in laser welding and material processing for industries including automotive, aerospace, material processing and more. We are the first company in the world to develop dynamic beam laser solutions based on Coherent Beam Combining Technology to give manufacturers total control over how their laser performs in order to meet any welding situation at high power levels. Laser welding has become a vital and essential component of the manufacturer’s process. It is involved in aerospace, automotive, additive manufacturing and more. When this welding innovation was introduced, it revolutionized manufacturing by providing the ability to create stronger welds at greater speeds. Manufacturing has since evolved to include more complex welding scenarios like asymmetric parts and complex alloys. Currently, manufacturers resort to using temporary solutions that are often inconvenient, time-consuming and expensive. Complex and changing manufacturing conditions and demands inspired the creation of Civan Lasers. The answer to change is change itself. And so, Civan Lasers created the world’s first Dynamic Beam Laser. All of Civan’s lasers feature our patented dynamic beam shaping technology. Our Products include: The OPA 6 laser: an 8 - 16kW Single Mode Continuous wave designed for cutting, welding, metal additive manufacturing processing and drilling. The OPA 12: a 50 - 100kW Single Mode Continuous-wave designed for cutting and welding a variety of difficult materials. Green Laser: a 150-500W Single Mode 532nm with 500KHz power modulation. Our 1,000 square meter facilities are located in Jerusalem and include state-of-the-art clean rooms, optical laboratories, manufacturing infrastructure as well as our application lab for pre-trial testing to enable proof of concept. Civan Lasers is ISO 9001 certified.

In the world of welding and metal AM, precision and control are everything. That’s why our Dynamic Beam Lasers are leading the way as the most advanced laser technology available today. These lasers stand out thanks to four key features that revolutionize how we control the thermal gradient and fluid dynamics in these processes: Beam Shaping: Customize the beam to perfectly match your material and application needs. Shape Frequency: Adjust the rate at which the beam shape is generated for optimal performance. Shape Sequence: Program sequences of beam shapes for complex tasks with unmatched precision. Focus Steering: Direct the laser focus dynamically, ensuring perfect control and results. 👉 Learn more about these features by watching our video:

Feature Spotlight: Shape Sequence: The Dynamic Beam Laser four unique features: 1. Shape Geometry 2. Shape Frequency 3. Shape Sequence 4. Focus Steering Shape Sequence allows for switching between beam shapes in microseconds, a capability utilized in various applications. One notable example by IFSW - Institut für Strahlwerkzeuge is hairpin welding. By using a sequence of four points and instantly switching to a large Gaussian beam, this technique avoids common issues like porosity and spatter associated with the wobble method, achieving high-quality welds. #Innovation #LaserTechnology #DynamicBeamLaser #ShapeSequence #CivanLasers #WeldingTechnology
