The last decade was full of exciting activities for Polyram. In 2022, we acquired MCT in Germany, and in 2019 we purchased a production site in the UK - with a strategic focus on the supply of recycled compounds. Two years earlier, in 2017, we established new production operations in the USA. These joined our existing production capabilities in China and the Middle East. Through rapid organic growth and strategic acquisitions, we now operate six production sites across almost every continent. This global expansion has allowed us to establish ten subsidiaries and nine logistic warehouses worldwide, supported by over 40 suppliers who help meet the growing market demands. These investments have brought us closer to our customers and improved our services. Our diverse solutions address various industries, including irrigation and water, food packaging and automotive, where we offer prime and recycling compounds. Replacing heavy metal parts with plastic components revolutionizes the automotive, construction and sports industries. This shift maintains functionality while significantly reducing weight, saving energy in logistics and improving performance. This transformation is possible thanks to engineering polymers like Polyram's Polytron PA, which can have concentrations of 20% up to 60% long glass fibers and is available in PA 6 or PA 6,6 bases. This product family offers high stiffness, superior impact resistance and improved heat resistance. It can also be customized with colors, flame retardants, or impact modifiers. Polyram is excited to announce the launch of our new product line: Bondyram BIO! Based on renewable polyolefins, Bondyram BIO features a remarkable negative LCA, helping to reduce the carbon footprint of the end products. Bondyram BIO grades serve as TIE Layers for both multi-layer film applications and PE-metal coating. In addition, they serve as Coupling Agents for recycled and composite materials. Bondyram BIO is offering the same performance and properties as an equivalent grade of petroleum-derived resin and is suitable for blown or cast multilayer film structures manufactured using PA and EVOH. Bondyram BIO products perform just like the standard Bondyram product range, with no need for modification in equipment, working temperature, or the properties of the final product. Bondyram BIO is already available for commercial use as TL for PE structures – we welcome you to contact us for samples. A PP-based TL will be soon launched too! Our Bondyram BIO enables producers to design their solutions for green packaging.
