להרגיש בבית, בדיוק כמו שאני 🏳️🌈  לכבוד חודש הגאווה ישבנו לשיחה עם שלי חיים יצחקי, אחראית מיתוג המעסיק שלנו, שסיפרה לנו על הדברים הקטנים-גדולים שגורמים לה להרגיש בבית ב-Verint. שלי שמגדלת יחד עם זוגתה זהר את בנם, בארי, בעיר חיפה, מספרת שהיא מרגישה בבית בזכות תחושת הקהילתיות: "כשאני נכנסת למשרד בבוקר ושומעת "בוקר טוב" מ-30 אנשים עוד לפני שהגעתי לשולחן שלי, אני יודעת שאני במקום הנכון." ב-Verint אנחנו מאמינים שהבית הוא לא רק מקום, אלא תחושה – תחושה של ביטחון, שייכות וחום. אנחנו דואגים ליצור סביבה שבה כל אחד ואחת יכולים להרגיש חופשיים להיות עצמם ולהביא את הגרסה הכי טובה שלהם לעבודה: "אחרי אירועי ה-7 באוקטובר, החשיבות של תחושת הבית התחזקה עבורי... Sky's is not the Limit Last Wednesday, we had the honor of meeting Noam Gershoni, an extraordinary individual who filled us with excitement and inspiration. Noam, an Apache helicopter pilot, was severely wounded in a helicopter collision and was left paralyzed and wheelchair-bound. He underwent long and painful months of rehabilitation, knowing that he had lost many friends on the battlefield. The severe injury did not stop him, and Noam, driven by a goal to return to what he loves most - sports - began to try different types of sports activities, but this time from a wheelchair. Noam tried skiing, water skiing, hand cycling, and even tennis. He began to play wheelchair tennis competitively and in 2012 traveled to represent Israel at the Paralympic Games in the London Olympics. Noam returned home with a gold medal. The way he told about the friends he lost, the long and grueling rehabilitation, his perseverance, did not leave a dry eye in the audience. We were left speechless and greatly inspired. Since October 7, Noam has dedicated most of his time to visiting rehabilitation departments throughout the country and strengthening those who were impacted by the war. On this Memorial Day, we solemnly honor the memory of the fallen heroes who fought with bravery and courage. We stand in solidarity with those who carry the physical and emotional scars of their service. Together, we strive for a future filled with peace. #MemorialDay #inspiration #Perseverance

On Holocaust Remembrance Day, we had the privilege of hosting Judith Schwartz, a second-generation Holocaust survivor. With courage and sensitivity, Judith shared her parents' harrowing experiences from the ghetto, their arrival at the Auschwitz extermination camp, and her own challenging personal experiences as a child of Holocaust survivors. Even though her testimony dealt with difficult topics, Judith captivated us with her infectious smile and heartwarming humor. As she eloquently stated, "Life is not worth living without joy and laughter." Thank you, Judith, for the strength you have given us during these difficult times 💛 Never forget. This Passover, like no other, we wanted to remind our Verinteers juniors how important it is to keep dreaming and to shout our dreams from the rooftops. Because what gives us more strength and hope than dreaming and believing that our dreams are achievable?! ✨ So, we invited the children of Verint Israel to a Dream Day at the office, which focused entirely on dreams, inspiration, and courage. We met Yuval Abramovitz who inspired us to write down a list of dreams and go out and make them happen. We shouted our dreams in an experiential workshop with Tomer Heldenstein and Adi Paz, and we sent 80 future scientists, astronauts, policewomen, and athletes home with special eye-cover that encourage them to dream even bigger... ️ We wish that this Passover we will all fulfill at least one dream: that all 133 kidnapped women, elderly, men, a child and a baby will return home ️safely 🎗️ #Letstalk #lifaatverint #employeeexperience #dreambig

Running together 🏃♂️ 🏃♀️ Last year, it was Omri Luttinger, a Verinteer from Verint Israel, that managed to get us all involved in an adventure with the "Eitan- Everybody Can" association. The association, founded by his childhood friends Yaniv and Hodel, provides adapted fitness training for people and children with special needs, allowing them to feel a sense of empowerment and overcome physical challenges. Every year, the association holds a social race that includes walking and running tracks for a variety of groups, volunteers and families. After the amazing experience we had at last year's race, there was no doubt that we would be back this year! Last Friday, we joined 3,500 runners from all over the country at the Yarkon Park for a social race and an unforgettable event! Chai Efargan, a Verinteer who participated in the race this year, told us: "The atmosphere was simply amazing. The sense of unity and belonging was simply emotional." Avital Gamlieli added: "It was an amazing event for people of all ages, children and adults, who came to run together to support the Eitan Association and strengthen the community. I came with my niece, we registered for the 3 km walk and ended up running the whole track. We finished the race with a shared sense of achievement and a desire to participate in more races like this."
