Did you know we’re cutting 10% off our Flexi Fare prices? That’s right, we’re making travel cheaper. All our Flexi Fares on the 2025 schedule will have 10% off 2024 prices. A Flexi fare is our way of giving passengers the maximum flexibility, confidence and convenience when making travel arrangements. We know that plans can change, even right up to the last minute. When that happens you want to be able to log in to your account and tweak your travel dates. To help explain it a bit better we’ve made a handy guide 👇

Robinsons IOM welcomed Brian Thomson, Managing Director IOMSPC, to their premises at Ballapaddag, Cooil Road today (10/10/2024). This was a good opportunity to get to know another one of our customers better and to understand their needs and how changes to our services impact them as a business. Not only are Robinsons a customer, they are one of our most important suppliers. We’re proud to stock and serve lots of great Manx produce thanks to our relationship with Robinsons. We got a lot out of our visit today, it enabled a stronger knowledge of the challenges of sustainability and food security and the vital role we play in that supply chain. It was also a great chance to pick up some delicious looking fresh produce!

It is great to be working with Cammell Laird Shiprepairers & Shipbuilders Limited as Manxman heads into dry dock today. Manxman is required to be dry docked at least twice in every five year survey cycle. In non-docking years, an annual dive inspection of the underwater hull and equipment is required. The dry docking involves a comprehensive inspection and survey of all parts of the vessel and an inspection of the underwater areas and bow thrusters. A permanent repair on the damage Manxman sustained while docking at Heysham Port during high winds will also be completed. This essential process ensures the vessel remains in peak operating condition, continuing to meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency and reliability. Prior to Manxman coming back into service, mandatory berthing trials will be undertaken at the Liverpool terminal in preparation for the start of its winter service. Manxman will be back in service for the 08:45 sailing on 18 October 2024.
