Our #volunteers rolled up their sleeves to clean up the Okhla Bird Sanctuary, crafted seed balls for plantation, and enjoyed the nature walk inside the sanctuary. We are pleased to announce that our CSR arm, DLF Foundation has won the Bronze at the CSR Health Impact Awards 2024 for its healthcare initiatives. The award was presented by Former Union Minister of State for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Mr. Ashwini Kumar Chaubey. The awards curated by the IHW Council acknowledges our healthcare projects, which have positively impacted individuals, communities and provided support to stray animals in the FY 2023-24. "Journeys often define the true meaning of destinations." Our people managers embarked on an incredible journey to enhance their team leadership skills. The curated three-month journey on "Team Leadership" centered around the principle of "Learn – Practice – Share," focusing on three key themes: 1. Managing Self - Developing self-awareness and emotional intelligence. 2. Enabling Performance - Encouraging collaboration and boosting team motivation. 3. Driving Results - Setting ambitious goals and achieving exceptional outcomes. After three months of learning and an additional month of practicing these skills, final presentations showcased the transformative power of this journey. It was inspiring to see our participants grow and start implementing positive changes in the workplace. The dedication and growth they demonstrated were truly remarkable! One Year Strong: DLF’s Graduate Engineers and Architects Program Update At DLF, we are committed to laying a solid foundation for the upcoming generation of engineers and architects. The past year has been a rewarding journey with our Graduate Engineers and Architects from the 2023-24 batch. Through our ConstructionEd Academy, they have undergone extensive technical training, and our ASPIRE program has provided them with crucial behavioral skills. We recently organized GET GAT Program closing ceremonies on June 21st in Gurugram and June 28th in Chennai. At these events, our graduates showcased their learning journey insights to our Chief Technical Officer P Ramakrishnan & DLF Capability Building Team Geeta Khattar who offered valuable feedback and insights essential for thriving in the construction industry. We extend our deepest gratitude to our HR leadership Nalin Garg Shankar Menon for their foresight in cultivating future leaders and to P Ramakrishnan for his adept leadership and direction for the year program, including the initiation of the Mentorship program. A recent survey revealed that 85% of our Graduate Engineers and Architects immensely benefited from the mentorship program.
