At Godrej Properties Limited, we are embracing the future with 𝗔𝗜𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲, a key initiative under 𝗔𝗹𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗡𝗘𝗫𝗧, our future-focused learning academy.   Designed to turn ideas into real-world innovation, AIgnite brought AI to life through immersive workshops and hands-on collaboration, empowering our teams at GPL to tackle industry challenges under the guidance of our leadership team.   After extensive brainstorming and teamwork, our teams developed 25 AI-driven project ideas, each focused on key business problems. We are proud to share a landmark achievement in Pune. Our latest project in Hinjewadi, Godrej Evergreen Square, has received an overwhelming response from our customers, crossing ₹1,000 crore in sales and selling 1,398 homes.   Launched in November 2024, just four months after the land acquisition, Evergreen Square has emerged as one of our most successful launches in Pune in terms of both sales value and volume. With a developable potential of 2.41 million sq. ft. and excellent connectivity, this project is designed to offer a well-connected, thoughtfully planned living experience.
