🔥 Highlight of the day? Last week, I attended the Figma Config Watch Party 2024, hosted by Friends of Figma, Bangalore & JUSPAY. The discussion on "𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 & 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲," covering topics like creating, modifying design systems, and key considerations, was truly insightful. ✨ 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: 🚩 𝐔𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 for speed, reliability, and resource efficiency. 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐨𝐧𝐞 for unique branding and specific needs, if you have the expertise and resources. 🚩 While 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠/ 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 the right design system, 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 consistency, scalability, accessibility, documentation, reusability, branding, and cross-platform compatibility. Engage stakeholders and plan for future requirements. 🚩 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 based on solid data and by 𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 once the design is implemented.
