Hackathon: For the first time in history, our 8-hour offline hackathon, S.M.A.S.H., was a roaring success. We kicked off this thrilling experience with a 6-day rapid bootcamp, S.A.M.U.R.A.I. with 200+ participants, designed to arm participants with industry-relevant skills. From beginners taking their first steps to seasoned pros refining their expertise, the bootcamp was a transformative experience for all. A huge thank you to our amazing speakers—Debarjun Thakur, Vikash Kumar Pandey, and Bikash Agarwala—for their invaluable guidance and for making even the most complex concepts approachable for everyone. The culmination of this effort was the S.M.A.S.H. Hackathon, an intense 8-hour offline coding marathon where teams came together to showcase their creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills. The energy, motivation, and sheer dedication of both the participants and the organizing members turned this event into an unforgettable success! We successfully concluded the final day of the S.A.M.U.R.A.I Bootcamp Sponsored by StackWalls, marking Day 2 of Frontend Development, led by Debarjun Thakur, AIML, 3rd Year. The session focused on Building Elegant Frontend Designs and Smooth Animations using ReactJS, Tailwind CSS, Vite. We worked on data fetching from the backend, integrated the chatbot built in previous sessions, and built a fully functional Full-Stack Web Application.
