In reality, traditional structures 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝘁. ✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 = 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – Getting people into the room isn't enough if the system remains unchanged. ✅ 𝗨𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 – Networks, culture fit, and informal access often dictate opportunities more than talent alone. ✅ 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝘀. 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 – True equity means dismantling barriers and creating multiple routes to success, not just one. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀? Not just recognising these patterns, but actively working to 𝗿𝗲𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀.
