𝗘𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗕𝗦 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗜: 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 We recently brought together GBS leaders in Brussels for an insightful dinner event focused on the future of AI in our industry. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁: 1. GenAI is starting to be implemented by world-class GBS leaders, creating a competitive edge, though many are still in the early stages. 2. GenAI should be viewed as a means to deliver value, not just a technology. A portfolio approach to managing GenAI projects is recommended, with continuous piloting and innovation. 3. Successful GenAI adoption requires organizational change, resource allocation for transformation, and a focus on data protection and private environments. A heartfelt thank you to our speakers, Martijn Geerling, Imran Ahmed, Xavier Lancksweirt, Aditya Raj Kapoor and Guy Jeurissen for their insightful presentations and for captivating the audience throughout the evening. We are excited about the future and look forward to continuing our journey in elevating the GBS landscape together! #Wipro #GBS #AI #GenerativeAI #Innovation #Leadership
