I’ve been training SDRs every week for a year continuously, and here are my 3 biggest takeaways: 💡 1. In a world where continuous learning is mandatory for sustained performance, having a weekly training program truly sets up a schedule for continuous learning. It makes the job just a little bit easier for SDRs. 2. When you show them you care, they start to care more. Consequently, they look forward to trainings, practice their pitches, look for new ideas to share during training, and try to do better overall. Everyone wins. 3. Yes, Gen Z gets many things wrong, but Gen X got many things wrong too, as did the millennials. I still find committed, intelligent and hard working people amongst the GenZs. You have to find them and give those people that align with you the right blueprint for growth and success. Difficult, but not impossible. Do you have a continuous training program for your reps?
