Shwetha comes with a rich & diverse experience of over 18 years, which includes a strong track record of instituting best HR practices. An experienced professional in many sectors including ITES, Banking, FMCG and Insurance, she has an astute understanding of diverse business environments. This nuanced knowledge has enabled her to lead positive cultural transformations across several organizations of note.   Shwetha has led, managed, and been part of several award-winning HR initiatives and Change Management programs. She was the recipient of two Asia Lifetime Partner Awards in 2021 for “HR Digital Transformation” & “Creating a Human Touch in a virtual world” by Asia CEO.
