REConnect Energy organised a Yoga event on 21 June 2024 to enhance the employee's physical and mental health. A professional instructor guided the participants through a series of Asanas and breathing exercises. The session began with an introduction to the benefits of Yoga, emphasising stress reducing, improved flexibility and overall well-being. This event highlighted the importance of incorporating yoga into our daily life to achieve balance and well-being.
