This June, the team celebrated Pride with a series of events focusing on inclusion, one of Saks OFF 5TH’s core values. We kicked off the month with a webinar focused on “Acceptance & Inclusion” that discussed allyship and provided important learning moments for our team. Associates then gathered to take part in a festive Allies Parade throughout the office, which provided another meaningful moment for team members to come together to show their Pride support. Finally, associates had the opportunity to bring inclusion to life through a desk decoration contest, where they worked to spread awareness about the LGBTQIA+ community and showcase our commitment to making Saks OFF 5TH India an inclusive workplace for all. #EmployeeEngagement

Recently, a cross-functional group of associates completed a six-week learning and development program called “Accelerate.” Over the course of this program, participants engaged in a series of workshops and activities focused on leadership, communication and collaboration. To celebrate the end of the series, associates presented their key learnings and takeaways to the group.
