#GovernanceMasterclass Recently, we conducted our #GovernanceMasterclass at Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli and Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). With over 350 students participating across both campuses, we introduced Samagra and the landscape in which we operate, before diving into our work. We highlighted our #FamilyID program in Uttar Pradesh, which is focused on enabling proactive delivery of government schemes and services to the 4.5 crore families on the back of a high-confidence Family Database. We also presented the Samagra’s #GovernanceFrameworks - The Governance Matrix and Panchsutras For Governance Transformation. Developed from a decade of experience of co-working with central and state governments, they can be used by practitioners in the governance and social impact space. Learn more about the Governance Frameworks here 👉https://lnkd.in/grxSGR72 The masterclasses were conducted by our team member Prerna Bhandari at both campuses, and Devashish Raghav at IIM Tiruchirappalli. eGov x Samagra | Transforming Governance: Knowledge sharing for improving citizen-centric governance. We had the pleasure of hosting an insightful session with Nikhil Nadiger from Samagra, where we dug deep into making governance work better for citizens. The focus? Our shared vision for having one cohesive platform which connects multiple government services for a seamless, citizen-centric experience. Nikhil discussed the #GovernanceFrameworks, talking about assessing a system’s readiness through the Governance Matrix and the importance of setting clear, relatable goals and evaluation mechanisms can drive impact at scale through the Panchsutras for governance transformation, using insights from the Swachh Bharat Mission (Grameen). The session featured a presentation of eGov’s Theory of Change—our playbook for Societal Transformation. We also discussed the success of state governments of Odisha and Punjab, that leverage DIGIT DPG, and Haryana through the #AntyodayaSaral system, highlighting how coordinated governance for effective public service delivery can transform the way governments serve people. With the right frameworks in place, we can create a smarter, more responsive system that truly puts citizens at the centre. This session was about learning from each other to build solutions that make governance simple, smarter, and more accessible to citizens. Excited for what’s next as we continue to make a real difference together! #TechForGood #innovation #GoodGovernance Prashanth Chandramouleeswaran | Divya Raj | Jojo Mehra | Ameya Ashok Naik | Dr. Subrata Kumar Biswal | Sameer Khurana
