Our Higher Purpose - Growing Together
We believe like every human being an Organisation is also a living organism and hence we have a 'Higher Purpose' for the organisation as well. That is 'Growing Together', where every endeavor we undertake is Spiritually Fulfilling, Socially Just and Environmentally Sustainable. We have a Spiritual program for having a centered workforce. Our CSR arm SUDHA, takes care of the Social Just part and the EHS department is constantly working on Environment sustainability by bring in Greener Technology.
We Communicate & Celebrate
Communication being one of the key drivers of Employee Engagement, we have communications at organisation, department and manager level. Our Annual Employee Communication meet is called Suda Connect. We also have a special event for promotions of our employees, called Suda Ratna, where we invite them with their spouse or parents to receive the promotion letter and celebrate the success together with all of us. We also have Fun@Work activities, Sports events, B'day celebrations, etc.

Sudarshan strongly believes in the saying ‘Health is Wealth’. Keeping in mind the overall health & fitness of our employees we have a Fit Sudarshan initiative where apart from Annual Health Checkup camps we have various activities like Yoga& Dance classes,Sports club, Health Awareness Newsletter & Knowledge Sessions by experts and one major program of 'Run Sudarshan', to inculcate the habit of running in employees for fitness. Every year we organize a Half Marathon for all our employees in Roha.
