Continued efforts like more talent tours and increased fan engagement could attract investors to finally establish the long-awaited UFC Performance Institute. 2) Merab's Strategic Audience Engagement: Merab's upcoming fight against crowd favorite Sean O'Malley highlights the importance of audience engagement in UFC. Despite being a lesser-known fighter, Merab recognizes the significance of capturing the Indian market to boost his odds. In a sport where athletes often peak early, maintaining a strong audience base is crucial for staying relevant on the UFC roster and selling PPVs. 3) UFC's Rapid Growth in India: The exponential growth of UFC's presence in the Indian market is remarkable. Since its inaugural post on January 15, UFC India's social media page has surged to 308k followers, showcasing the immense potential of the Indian market. This organic growth suggests a bright future, with the possibility of major investors like Reliance or Sony entering the market and potentially hosting a UFC event in India within the next five years.
