We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our NetData SPMS product team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software design, development using Java and ReactJS, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality and scalable solutions with focus on transforming product landscape to containerization and automation.
Our product SPMS Service Partner Management System is a robust solution providing master data management and compensation capabilities for DHL Express service partners supporting DHL Express business in pick-up and delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java, ReactJS
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Participate on architectural discussions and solutioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

As a Java Software Engineer, having Java (Java Script, Java Spring) programming skills is a must. A good knowledge of ReactJS will also be an integral part of this role.
Additionally, good understanding of SQL, Git Hub, Copilot will be a huge advantage and any experience with Agile / Scrum framework and containerization (AKS, Kubernetes) is always welcome. You are able to work independently prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
