Here's what our trailblazers felt about the journey: -> Every part of it was a new and wonderful experience. It definitely helped in exploring leadership, teamwork, along with independent decision-making. -> The best learning experience for me was realizing the importance of being quick on our feet and decisive. -> Who knew hiking could be a crash course in adaptability and resilience? Thrilled to share the buzz from our recent 6-day series during Aarohan, our two-week orientation for PG and PhD newcomers. We kicked off with icebreakers and communication essentials, transitioning into dynamic exercises fueling creative flair and presentation finesse. The series aimed to equip students for diverse professional landscapes, and the feedback was encouraging. LDI conducted another session as part of Aarohan on effective networking, led by Ms. Uma Oza. The event focused on understanding the essence of networking and how to build meaningful connections using strategic tools and techniques. Participants learned how to initiate conversations, turn encounters into opportunities, and nurture professional relationships. Social problems are complex, but when individuals from diverse disciplines and backgrounds come together, remarkable solutions emerge. Snippets from Game Development Workshop conducted by Fields of view team led by Trina Talukdar; 1️⃣ Problem Articulation Phase: Participants collaborated to define a shared problem statement. 2️⃣ Design Phase: Together, they explored potential futures and crafted strategies to drive transformation in response to the identified challenges.
