Today we are marking a new milestone on our Green Path. Strengthening our commitment to a more sustainable future, we are once again joining forces with SEA Index®. The Superyacht Eco Association will support our R&D team in adopting the SEA Index CO2 Emissions Rating tool for yachts over 24 meters. This well balanced, unbiased and third party verified framework will serve as an eco design tool enhancing the sustainability of our fleet. “We are delighted to collaborate with Azimut|Benetti Group on this important initiative. The last Azimut|Benetti Group Convention was more than just a meeting—it embodied the essence of our DNA. Over two days, our managers, came together to explore the core values that drive our Group forward, reaffirming them not only as the foundation of our corporate culture but also as a guiding force for the future. Looking ahead, seizing future opportunities was at the heart of the convention’s discussions. Our CEO Marco Valle presented the strategic roadmap to achieving the €1.5 billion target for the 2024-2025 yachting year, supported by General Managers Daniele Romiti, massimiliano casoni, and Ferdinando Pilli who detailed the continuous improvement plans for the Azimut, Benetti, and Lusben divisions. Innovation remained a key focus, with Alessandro Rossi showcasing how we are the only yacht builder offering four levels of electrification—from mild to full hybrid—while Federico Lantero and Sebastiano Vida introduced the exciting next-generation products set to define our future. This convention marked a turning point: our DNA is not just a legacy—it is a living, evolving force that fuels our vision, our people, and our communication. This prestigious ranking is a testament to our relentless drive, unwavering dedication, and unmatched strength, with 164 yachts under construction spanning an extraordinary 5,905 meters.  Our success is powered by a record-breaking financial year that closed on August 31st, 2024, with revenues of 1.3 billion euros and an order portfolio reaching all the way to 2029. As we are leading the yachting industry in reducing CO2 emissions, we are now proud to take a meaningful step forward in sustainability through our partnership with Ogyre, the platform dedicated to recovering marine plastic waste. Together, we aim to collect 8,000 kilograms of plastic by 2025, thanks to the invaluable work of local fishing communities in Italy, Brazil, and Indonesia. This partnership also includes a feasibility study to open a new marine waste collection hub in Tuscany, home to two of our Group's production sites, strengthening ties with local communities and fostering environmental awareness. As our Chair Giovanna Vitelli said, “For over 20 years, our commitment to environmental sustainability has been concrete, measurable, and driven by a desire to adopt innovative solutions that make a difference here and now.” Through the Fishing for Litter initiative, Ogyre involves local fishermen by providing them with tools, training, and financial support, creating both social and economic benefits. This model not only protects marine ecosystems but also strengthens the resilience of coastal communities, which are often exposed to environmental and economic challenges.
