We are ready for a new project that will involve designing and manufacturing 4 air valves DN 150 PN 10 and 4 air valves with pin DN 65 PN 40. The first ones will have body, flange and cover in A351 CF8M stainless steel and floats and cover in AISI 316L. The second ones will be made of the same materials as the first but will have in addition a float and Std pin in AISI 316. #nencini #nencinivalves #airvalves #newproject

A new project is ready to be shipped to our customer: it involves air valves vacuum braker type during the packing stage. The bodies, top, seat and shutter were made of SuperDuplex ASTM A995 Grade 5A while the bolts were made of SuperDuplex ASTM A182 UNS S32750. Transparent urethane was used for coating. Specifically, we made No.5 DN 80 (3“) ANSI 150 RF vents and No.11 DN 50 (2”) ANSI 150 RF vents. For pressure tests, we performed for leak tests at 20bar and 30bar for 10 minutes according to API 598. #nencini #nencinivalves #valves #airvalvevacuum #readyforshipment

Before delivery to the customer, each of our valves undergoes several tests and inspections in order to ensure functionality and high quality. NEW PROJECT! We are designing and manufacturing a flow control valve with electric actuator and A216 WCB cast steel body. The interior, shaft, and hardware will be made of AISI316 stainless steel while the interior and exterior painting will be done with NS epoxy cycle STD. A new important project will see us involved in the next months: we will make 3 flow control valves DN 1100 ANSI 150, 3 flow control valves DN 1000 ANSI 150 and 2 flow control valves DN 600 ANSI 150 with body in cast steel A216 WCB and electric actuator. The internals, shaft and hardware will be made of AISI 316 stainless steel and the internal painting will be done with FBE to be suitable for drinking water.
