After a successful 3-month period, the GIZAZ glassworks in Qatar, of which Falorni Tech has been the main EPC Contractor, is now fully operational, running regularly at maximum capacity. The GIZAZ plant in Qatar has successfully completed its start-up phase and is now fully operating. Over the past two months, the plant's three production lines have reached full capacity, with two lines operating in Triple Gob (one of them recently switched to NNPB process) and one in Double Gob with and average Pack to Melt Efficiency beyond 85% a significant value for a newly born plant. The furnace quickly reached its maximum capacity, despite low cullet availability, and the produced glass has met and exceeded the expected quality from the very beginning. We shall say that it has been a period of intense work for the entire team at Falorni Tech, the glassworks staff, and the suppliers, who have all dedicated themselves to ensuring the timely and successful completion of the project. During this phase, the FALORNI technical assistance team is dedicated to maintaining regular contact with the customer and is always ready to promptly address any needs or concerns. A heartfelt gratitude to GIZAZ and all the staff whose unwavering professionalism and dedication have made this remarkable achievement possible. This significant milestone marks a major achievement for the entire Falorni team and our collaborators, as it brings to life our EPC high-capacity glass factory (Turnkey Project). In the coming days, we expect to produce the first bottles and subsequently launch the other two production lines. North Africa, Latin America, and now Turkey!   Falorni Tech has taken on a new and exciting challenge: refurbishing a 50-ton/day furnace at the MARMARA CAM SANAYİ A.Ş. plant in Corlu (Istanbul), Turkey. On May 7th and 8th, our Technical Sales Engineer, Mr. Fabrizio Morrone, and Technical Director, Mr. Biagio Bifano, visited the plant and conducted a thorough inspection of the furnace.   During this visit, a kick-off meeting was also held with the Technical Manager, Mr. Dildar Sahin, and the Furnaces and Batch Manager, Mr. Devrim Kuşdere, to outline the preliminary engineering work necessary for the complete overhaul of the furnace and associated equipment.   This refurbishment project is crucial for the MARMARA CAM SANAYİ A.Ş. plant, as it will significantly enhance the production capacity and efficiency of the furnace, laying the groundwork for potential future collaborations. MARMARA CAM SANAYİ A.Ş. has recognized Falorni Tech's exceptional contribution to its strategic project, and the Falorni Tech team is extremely proud to be part of this initiative.   With the goal of bringing the plant online by the end of 2024, the management and the entire Falorni Tech team are committed to leveraging all their expertise and resources to successfully complete the project on time and with the best results.
