This is the essence of Re-Skill Formazione, a training and business coaching project to support professional growth of human resources and their soft skills. The internal training project at Stara Glass began on February 2024 and will end on February 2025, engaging all of our people.

The glass industry accounts for about 5% of European industrial CO₂ emissions. Reducing these emissions is a challenge we are committed to tackling through a systemic approach, incorporating three European projects and four tailored solutions aimed at creating a more sustainable industry. We will discuss this at Glasstec with Ernesto Cattaneo, Head of R&D at Stara Glass, and Chiara Caccamo, Coordinator and Technical Coordinator of major EU projects. We will be attending the 85th Glass Problems Conference and Symposium in Ohio, USA, from September 16th to 19th.
