Happy Birthday FMSI! 🎉 Today, we celebrate the incredible journey of FMSI as it marks another year of commitment to education, advocacy, and child rights. 🌎 Since 2007, the Marist Foundation for International Solidarity has been working in 68 countries, implementing over 500 projects that have reached million of beneficiaries, especially children and young people from the most vulnerable communities. In 2023 alone, FMSI supported 72 educational, solidarity, and emergency projects in 27 countries around the globe. These initiatives are aimed at ensuring that every child, regardless of gender, ethnicity, or social background, can access their fundamental rights, especially education. 📚 🤝 From presenting 67 Child Rights Reports at the United Nations Universal Periodic Review (UPR) in 43 countries to supporting children with disabilities, refugees, and victims of violence, our mission is clear: we believe in a world where every child’s right is respected. 🌍 From October 7th to 12th, FMSI Project Officers visited Madagascar to oversee ongoing infrastructure projects and explore potential new developments. Key highlights include: ⎼ New Provincial House in Antsirabe ⎼ Multipurpose Hall and Primary School in Fianarantsoa ⎼ Canteen Project at Lycée Privé Saint Joseph in Antsirabe Many more projects are yet to come, as FMSI's role is to support the Province and the Marist Brothers’ Institute in their ongoing efforts. 🤝 FMSI remains committed to advancing education and sustainable growth in Madagascar. #FMSI #Madagascar #SustainableDevelopment #EducationForAll
