🚛⚡ 𝗗𝗛𝗟 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝗹𝗮 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶: 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 DHL recently completed a 𝐭𝐰𝐨-𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 with the Tesla Semi, Elon Musk's battery electric semi-trailer truck. During one of the tests, the Semi covered 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝟔𝟎𝟎 𝐤𝐦 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝟑𝟒,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐤𝐠, demonstrating its ability to handle typical loads over long distances on a single charge. The energy efficiency was also unexpectedly high, with an 𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝟏.𝟕𝟐 𝐤𝐖𝐡 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐞, exceeding DHL's expectations and Tesla's specifications.
