✨ A Great Day for CARNET and our Innovation Ecosystem!! 🎉 Yesterday, we celebrated the second edition of CARNET Ecosystem Day at CASA SEAT! 🎊 The event once again brought our esteemed founding members (Volkswagen Group Innovation, SEAT S.A., and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya – BarcelonaTech), our industrial partners and an impressive batch of innovative start-ups and key stakeholders from the fields of automotive and urban mobility. Bib batteries, CardioID Technologies Lda, HMDrive, Multiverse Computing, MyLime - Digital Product Passport, Next2U solutions, NVISO, SEKAI, stellar //, Wideum, Aivora Solutions, Flash Park , LetMePark, NABLA VISION, Wormsensing This year, our spotlight was on AI-based solutions with potential use cases in the automotive sector. This gathering allowed us to showcase the results of our scouting activities while providing the participants with the opportunity to engage with some of the most promising start-ups from the vibrant South European ecosystem. For the finalist start-ups, it was a fantastic opportunity to network directly with key stakeholders from the ecosystem brought together on this occasion and explore potential collaborations. Together, we discovered inspiring ideas and new technologies that are set to revolutionise the future of mobility. 🇮🇹 Last week, we celebrated the Plug and Play Italy Summit 2024, bringing together over 400 participants, including startups, corporate partners, venture capitalists, and investors from the Aerospace, Fintech, Food & Beverage, Mobility, and Sustainability sectors. The event's theme was #EmbracingChange: #TheCourageToInnovate, where we tackled some of the most pressing global challenges, from security to climate change to evolving consumer needs. We discussed how we must face these changes, leveraging technologies like Quantum Computing and Artificial Intelligence. Innovation is key to navigating this transformation. Investment through Venture Clienting, Corporate Venture Capital, and Corporate Venture Building are the driving forces behind this transition to a better world.
