In pratica l'elemento che normalmente si aggancia a un trattore stradale che consente il trasporto su gomma di materiali e beni si evolve. The Transport Logitech 2024 event was a fantastic opportunity to showcase our Powered Trailer. In partnership with LC3, we unveiled the pioneering semitrailer that integrates three energy sources: a Photovoltaic system, an e-Axle with recuperation and dynamo functions, and the electric grid. We aim to introduce a system that enables energy generation from the trailers' rooftops while maintaining the load capacity and facilitating connection to surrounding buildings' electrical networks. Our Powered Trailer merges SolarEdge’s PV & EV expertise to harness solar and recuperation energy, store it in the battery, and channel it to the Refrigeration Unit. The battery is tailored to specific use cases, optimizing space and weight for cargo. The product is designed for easy installation in both new and used trailers, resulting in low investment, rapid payback, and excellent total cost of ownership. We go beyond merely providing an electric vehicle; we position ourselves as partners in energy production and management, offering imaginative and groundbreaking solutions for a sustainable future. Together with LC3 Trasporti and Lidl Italia, we will unveil our Powered Trailer, which ensures fully electric, emissions-free operation of a Trailer Refrigerated Unit powered by free-of-charge solar and recuperation energy. Kudos to our fantastic team for showcasing their unique talents once again; our vehicles at the Misano Formula-E Allianz Fan Village stole the spotlight! We organized a track with four go-karts racing non-stop for an impressive two days, totaling over 10 hours each day. Our booth was the talk of the event, with a line of excited guests eager to test out our go-karts. More than 500 guests got to drive our vehicles, resulting in over 5,000 minutes of thrilling on-track action.
