🚨 General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR): what changes, what should be done? On 13 December 2024, the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR) officially came into force. This Regulation applies to products placed on the market (new, used, repaired, or reconditioned) unless sector-specific legislation already provides comprehensive safety rules. One of the most innovative aspects of the regulation? The introduction of new provisions on the safety of products containing AI systems - a crucial step in addressing the growing impact of technology on consumer products. However, these new provisions and changes need to be further implemented. It's important for economic operators to understand the necessary steps to adapt to these developments in product safety. Yesterday, Sunday 9 March, Just The Woman I Am ended a record-breaking edition that surpassed all previous editions in terms of fundraising. We attended the 5 km run/walk together with thousands of people, citizens, associations and supporters who, like us, are united by the desire to raise funds for university health and cancer research, promoting prevention, correct lifestyles, inclusion and gender equality.
