During the awards ceremony, held on October 17 at Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan, Legor was recognized as one of the top sustainable companies in Italy in the Top 100 Excellence category. Out of over 260 participating companies, Legor also ranked in the Top 75 Performance category—honoring companies that have participated in at least two editions and achieved the most significant improvements in ESG ratings—and in the Top 100 ESG Integrated Finance category. This important recognition is the result of the commitment and dedication of the entire team. Nell’ottica di continuare a migliorarci, qualche tempo fa abbiamo aderito allo studio “Sostenibilità: istruzioni per le aziende 2024” - nato dalla collaborazione tra Confindustria Vicenza e il Dipartimento di Management dell'Università degli Studi di Verona - che mira a fotografare lo stato dell’arte della #sostenibilità del tessuto imprenditoriale locale. Dai risultati della ricerca, elaborati sulla base di un questionario compilato dalle stesse aziende, Legor supera le medie del settore e regionali nelle aree #ambientali, #sociali e di #governance, con punteggi significativi in ambiti come la prevenzione dell'inquinamento e l’uso sostenibile delle risorse, ma anche in quanto a salute e sicurezza, formazione, trasparenza, etica e integrità. Risultati come questi ci permettono di riflettere sui nostri progressi e ci confermano che il cammino intrapreso per la sostenibilità ci sta conducendo verso traguardi importanti. The official results, based on a self-assessment questionnaire completed by participating companies, show that Legor surpasses both sectoral and regional averages in #environmental, #social, and #governance areas. We achieved significant scores in pollution prevention, sustainable resource use, health and safety, training, transparency, ethics, and integrity. These results allow us to reflect on our progress and confirm that our path toward sustainability is leading us to important milestones.
