M2E Projects, founded in 2012 from the desire to offer high quality services in the development of industrial engineering, has, to date, a dynamic company with a strong experience-oriented problem solving and the development of solutions in the design, starting from the basic up to the detailed activities for the subsequent implementation of the project. M2E Projects operates and works, both the Italian market and in the international arena, offering engineering services also at the offices and / or construction of our customers. Our company operates in the engineering and especially in the petrochemical, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. We strive to develop both paper and electronic documents such as piping layout, sketches, cards mto, media pipes and construction details of the system. In addition to this, we offer a service surveys and measurements in plant and assistance and supervision during the prefabrication and assembly. M2E offers a range of services for the completion of projects, ensuring maximum efficiency of plant operation. Our priority is to focus on technology, service quality and innovation. Through the latest softwares and extensive experience of our team, our company is able to offer the best services and plant engineering documents, such as: -Feasibility studies -Surveys and site inspections on site -Development Engineering (Piping layout; Piping arrangement; Material take-off (MTO); Detailing supports; Stress Analysis Report; piping isometrics, 3D Modeling, Verification calculations civil works) -Basic and detail engineering -Project Management -Supervision of the assembly and prefabrication -Construction Services

Rivedi e approva deliverables di ingegneria, inclusi disegni, calcoli, specifiche e report tecnici. Monitora lo sviluppo del progetto, identificando potenziali rischi e implementando azioni correttive efficaci. Qualifiche Chiave: Esperienza di almeno 10 anni in ruoli di project engineering management “PEM” nei settori dell’impiantistica industriale come Oil & Gas/Chemicals, preferibilmente in logica EPC. Dimostrata esperienza di gestione e delivery di complessi progetti di ingegneria. Ottima capacità di leadership e gestione team. Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese. M2E Projects is looking for a Contract Administrator Responsibilities: Ensuring all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments, LDs, schedule milestones, bank guarantees, etc.) Maintaining organized system of digital records related to Site Work Instructions and Site Word Deviations, Change Orders, Letters to Contractors, MoMs, etc. Supporting the Contract Manager in the negotiations of claims, managing contractual changes and resolving disputes or conflicts resolution with Contractors Assessing claims from Contractors Ensuring project members use the contracts correctly The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen attention to detail and possess the ability to identify potential risks for our organization. You should possess strong analytical skills to analyze contracts and any potential change to them. Previous experience in contract management and familiarity with legal requirements and contractual terms and conditions are highly desirable. The Contract Administrator position is expected to be located at Ferrara site at least four days a week. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS: Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager or relevant role Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts Familiarity with accounting/cost control procedures Excellent writing skills Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners BSc or MSc degree in Business Administration or Engineering (Civil or Mechanic); additional qualifications in law are a plus. M2E Projects is looking for a Subcontract Administrator Key duties of the role include: ▪ Preparation of contracting strategies. ▪ Development of vendor’s lists and assembling of Requests for Quotations (RFQ's). ▪ Evaluation and conditioning of vendor responses. ▪ Carrying out commercial checks for vendors and past performance. ▪ Conducting negotiations to enable the shortlisting of vendors. ▪ Make shortlist recommendations to the Manager of Procurement, project team and the Client, highlighting distinguishing factors between vendors and the rationale behind recommendations. ▪ Conducting final negotiations with selected vendors and the preparation of subcontracts in compliance with the procurement governance; ▪ Monitoring vendor performance and managing claims/change orders. Reviewing of invoices for accuracy. Tracking procurement status and delivery performance. Closing out complete subcontracts. ▪ Liaise with the project team to assist with the resolution of supply issues and when required to provide monthly reports on procurement and vendor performance, to monitor the supply market to identify potential new vendors and products and meet with vendors to understand their products; ▪ Understand the market, keeping abreast of market developments, demand trends and risks. ▪ Focus on exceeding minimum service expectations by delivering an agile, value adding service with a deep understanding of the Client’s requirements, functional knowledge and process efficiency.
