With an annual exports representing more than 85% of turnover, Marchesini Group undoubtedly imposes itself as an international company. A team of salespeople with a solid technical background, experts in the most different packaging requirements, supported by Product Managers who are highly skilled in their sectors, who interpret with flexibility and promptly varied market requests. Analysing customer requirements, they evaluate the difficulties involved and the feasibility, and on the basis of a vast range of possibilities, develop a project able to fully meet the most diverse packaging requirements. This makes each supply the result of careful customization.

One of the latest solutions developed by our Aseptic Division is the STERY 500. This cutting-edge aseptic filling line for vials can handle up to 500 pieces per minute, ensuring 100% in-process control for vial weighing. Designed to meet the new European GMP Annex 1 requirements, it features advanced filling systems with cleaning and sterilization in place, easy format changes, and versatile installation options. In fact, it can be installed in the middle of the filling room or integration of the backside on the pharma wall as recommended by the requirement 5.3 of Annex 1. The isolator is also entirely designed and manufactured by our Group. This innovation represents a significant step forward in providing state-of-the-art solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.
