The #Nineties were very busy and rewarding years for PFM. The range of machines was expanded further, and many technological components and machine accessories were redesigned and improved as well. Or we are ready with one! #1985 was a crucial year in PFM’s history: regulations for the packaging of fresh pasta-filata cheeses stated that these dairy products required a specific packaging. PFM was ready with the appropriate technology, becoming the leader in the market. Over the coming years it sold a total of over 5,000 machines in Italy.
