Improving internal work organization is just as important as aspects of improvement in technological development, which is why we would like to thank and reward our colleagues in the logistics department. The two teams in the photos stood out for contributing in a decidedly proactive and fully supportive way to all colleagues during the transition of the new re-layout mag. 300 project; a project which overturns the concept of warehousing itself and that is aimed to further improve a multitude of aspects like accuracy in inventory, speed of picking, safety of operators, product contaminations and others. A special thanks to the coordinator Damiano F., the warehouse manager, for his dedicated efforts in ensuring the success of our project. The testing area is definitely one of the departments where challenges are faced on a day-to-day basis and where the ability to solve small and large problems is a necessary skill. Clear goal in mind and constant learning lead to success!! This is the story of Francesco who early 2024 entered the ESH department, narrated by his current responsible GIACOMO LUCA BAISI Baisi. “In 2020, Francesco was working for logistic department, serving the assembly lines. He dedicated himself to learn and deepen more and more all the aspects of his job, conscious this was the path to acquire new competences for new and more stimulating tasks. From the first role, it was clear he wanted to grow professionally and personally. During 2023 Francesco worked as shift responsible at the automatic warehouse area and he spent many time co-operating with the Al-Ko team to implement the new operating system. Early 2024, in ESH department, we were looking for a person to follow some issues related to safety and environment, like injury prevention and waste management both in Safim and Fluid-Press. We looked for someone who was willing to grow and had the right attitude to follow such important topics for us, and we found it internally and it was the right choice.
