✳️ Today in Milan I had the pleasure of attending the press conference of #EFCEM Italia - APPLiA Italia, the Italian association of #foodservice #technology producers. It was an excellent opportunity to ✴️announce the new partnership between EFCEM and Sigep - ITALIAN EXHIBITION GROUP ✴️ discuss the market trends in a thriving sector, despite the current international challenges. 2024 data show a growth in turnover and exports, with levels higher by 20% and 30% respectively compared to 2019. #SIGEPShowcase ✨ At the latest edition of SIGEP WORLD we had the chance to find among the best iconic brands in the gelato and pastry industry and their products of excellence. FORNO D'ASOLO presented its rich and fragrant dough croissant in a black and white version with a rich bigusto filling. Bindi - Maestri del Dessert (SIPA s.p.a.) showcased the Raggio di Sole Cake created in collaboration with L'Accademia di Niko Romito, which is inspired by Italian traditional cakes. There was Tre Marie Croissanterie with its iconic line in a renewed look: 3Chic, a reference for the interpretation of Italian-style butter, among the most beloved and appreciated for breakfast bars. Sammontana S.p.A. showcased a mouth-watering selection of gelato, among the new 2025 to taste flavors Melon, Yogurt and Mango, Peanut Sagace, Coconut Bello and Plasmon. There was also Il Pasticcere with its timeless Maestro croissants: a soft dough with Il Pasticcere Mother Yeast combined with rich fillings with dedicated decorations.
