Gianduia with roasted hazelnuts and a variegation of pure chocolate is the recipe star of Gelato Day 2025, dedicated to the #Jubilee. It was created by Vincenzo Squatrito of ‘Ritrovo Orchidea’ in Olivieri (Messina, Sicily) in a contest that saw as many as 30 master gelato makers from all over Europe.
