Exciting news! Construction is officially underway for SOLIDS ’ latest project: the restyling of Bicocca Village, an iconic entertainment center in Milan, commissioned by Kryalos SGR. This project will transform key areas of Bicocca Village, starting with a refreshed Bicocca Gate entrance, followed by a complete renovation of the lounge and co-working spaces, food court, and public restrooms. Interior works are scheduled to wrap up before the holiday season, with exterior improvements expected by February 2025. Featuring a UCI Multisala Cinema and over 65 food and beverage outlets, Bicocca Village will soon offer a reimagined experience for all visitors. With this project, SOLIDS continues to expand its portfolio within the shopping center sector, bringing fresh, modern design to spaces that connect and inspire. Stay tuned for updates! Montefeltro Office Village by SOLIDS is a refurbishment project for an office complex located along a major motorway in Milan, Italy. The project aimed to enhance the recognizability of two existing office buildings situated along one of Milan's main entrance routes, creating a striking image to boost the asset's commercial appeal. The project encompassed a comprehensive restyling of the facades, interior redesign of all common areas, and new landscaping for the central garden. The primary intervention introduced a facade screen composed of alternating triangular modules made of glass and perforated sheet metal. This architectural element has become the iconic new face of the building complex, significantly transforming its image. Solids is excited to share a recently completed office interior project in Via Tortona, Milano (Superstudio District) for an international fashion brand. The goal was to create contemporary office interiors with a focus on both functionality and aesthetics. The design aimed to optimize the layout and foster a welcoming atmosphere, moving away from the traditional rigid office environment. A key architectural feature of the new office is the use of transparent cubes for various functional purposes.
