🚀 𝗦𝗬𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 #𝟰 - 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟮 👏 The 4th General Assembly comes to an end after another day of intense discussions about the project activities. ⚡ Today, the discussion deep-dived into the most technical details of the SYNERGIES solutions, highlighting the way #forward towards the final release and working to harmonise partners efforts in order to finetune interactions in technical developments and #datasharing. Concerning technical developments, profitable discussions and insights were shared among the project consortium concerning: 🔹 the main achievements in terms of 𝗦𝗬𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗜𝗘𝗦 #𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 (partners onboarding and Sectorial Data Models) 🔹 the way forward and main concerns related to the 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 of the solutions 🔹 the first release of the 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 and 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗔𝗜 𝗢𝗻-𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺, including the various 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 and #DigitalTwins, and the related challenges. 🤝 The meeting ended with an extensive overview of the collaboration activities between SYNERGIES with the sisters projects and other relevant initiatives, which are crucial to ensure an harmonised development of energy data spaces related instances and regulations across Europe. 🔎 𝗦𝗬𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗬𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗜𝗘𝗦 💡 As you already know, SYNERGIES Energy Services are directly connected to forecasting and activating #flexibility when the #grid requires these services. After the first release of the Energy Services, our technical partners are working hard to develop the complex processes involved in providing flexibility services - from #forecasting potential #gridissues to the individual activation of flexible assets. ⚡ While this may seem straightforward, in a complex system such as the #electricitygrid, which involves several actors and up to 10 different services within the SYNERGIES project, effective data exchange among these systems requires detailed definitions to ensure all required data is available in time and that every part of the system functions seamlessly. 🌟 To this end, our technical partners, coordinated by ETRA and supported by Suite5 Data Intelligence Solutions as Technical Coordinator, along with the participation of DTU - Technical University of Denmark, UBITECH, ICCS - NTUA and IES Ltd., have recently conducted a workshop. During this session, the sequence diagram was built, defining which services will provide the necessary data to the Data Space, ensuring availability for all services. The discussions were insightful and helpful in driving development forward. This initiative aims to catalyse action and investment in #cleanenergy research, development, and demonstration to make #sustainableenergy affordable and accessible for all. 🌟 The GPFM plays a crucial role in uniting governments, corporations, and research institutions to innovate and implement effective clean energy solutions for a net-zero future. 🚀 CIRCE showcased the SYNERGIES project, highlighting its effort towards the establishment of a comprehensive #EnergyDataSpace. Furthermore, two of the tools developed by CIRCE were also presented: #𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 and the 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗿. 𝗦𝗬𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻 💡 As introduced in previous posts and as a follow-up on the development status of the Spanish demo site, Cuerva has been working closely with the #Fornes Council to evaluate the deployment of a #WirelessSensorNetwork. Parallel to this, Vergy continues to collaborate with them, supporting the implementation of the #EnergyCommunity. With this milestone achieved, citizens have already begun to subscribe and join the Energy Community of Fornes. 🌟 𝘙𝘦𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘊𝘶𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘢 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴: gathering data and utilizing it effectively is crucial for the success and future improvements of these developments. A prospective visit to Fornes was conducted to identify potential public buildings that will be part of the Wireless Sensor Network to be deployed. These buildings, which are also part of the Energy Community of Fornes, have #heating, v#entilation, and air conditioning systems (#HVAC). They will be equipped with a set of #sensors and #actuators to enable Demand Response, allowing for the adjustment of #electricalconsumption to balance real-time #energysupply and #demand. This practice will involve active participation from #consumers who can modify their #consumptionpatterns to prevent #network congestions. Thus, the equipment's consumption will not only be monitored, but it will also be possible to take actions on them. 🔜 Currently, we are in the device procurement phase. The 𝘯𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘱𝘴 include installation and commencing measurements and monitoring.
