Pneumatic Piston vibrator PSB/PLB series. This pneumatic piston vibrator has been used for many years as a formwork vibrator for concrete placement at tunnel sites because of its robust structure and explosion-proof specifications. It has also been used for many years to prevent blockage of measuring instrument hoppers in cement factories and secondary concrete product factories. Features - This robust body allows it to be used in harsh environments. The simple structure with the air supply hose joint attached to the robust ductile cast iron body is strong against external impact. In addition, the body without a valve structure can withstand use at civil engineering sites and ready-mixed concrete factories. - Save on the number of vibrators used by using a dedicated mounting holder. The dedicated mounting holder for this vibrator is available as an option. Two models, RKV120P (Indirect type) and RKD120P (Direct impact type) have been added to EXEN Air knocker line up as strongest impact force model. (Indirect type: 7 models, Direct impact type: 5 models and stainless steel type: 7 models). Those two models are suitable for preventing a clogging of large equipment that could not solve with conventional knocker impact force. In particular, the world’s strongest class impact force, RKV120P and RKD120P models are suitable for the site which has large equipment such as mining, steel work, power plant, incineration plant and agricultural. Same with EXEN conventional type air knocker, the body made of ductile cast iron (FCD800) exhibits excellent durability even in the harsh environment site. Also, air knocker can be operated up to 5 units only with one solenoid valve when using EXEN original relay piping method. Since one solenoid can operate up to 5 air knockers, the initial cost also can be reduced. EXEN Air Knocker creates a big impact which is similar to hammer to solve clogging problems. This Stainless Steel made air knocker series are suitable for industries such as food & dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical and medicine products where corrosion is an unacceptable sanitary issue. 7 different models are available so that we can provide the most suitable model with our free engineering support for your equipment which has clogging problems such as bridging, rat holing and wall adhering.  Since our knocker body is made of stainless steel cast iron, there is no need to be concerned about rust. The EXEN Stainless Steel knocker can be used on various equipment such as hopper, silo, chute and pipe to solve inside material issues. It is also effective for fine, moist and sticky materials like sugar, salt, flour, starch, PVC and other materials that are hard to discharge.    Also, we can provide order made pipe attachments for installing the pipe. Since this attachment can be installed easily by only tightening the bolt and nut, there is no need for welding.  Furthermore, it can be operated only pneumatically using a dedicated controller　AOC-1B. Unique usage example of EXEN RKD type air knocker at the Chocolate factory. At this chocolate factory, the product is shipped after going through multiple processes such as harvesting, roasting, winnowing, milling, pressing, tempering, molding, cooling and packing. EXEN Air Knocker at Chocolate factory. The EXEN Air Knocker is used in the milling and molding processes. In the milling process, the air knocker is used for eliminating the crushed cacao powder which is adhered in the hopper. Also, in the molding process, the liquid chocolate is poured into the mold, cooled and solidified. During the demolding process, which removes the cooled and solidified chocolate from the mold, workers often need to hit the mold by hand to remove the chocolate from mold properly. EXEN RKD (direct impact type) is often used to automate the demolding process.
