GT Sophy was designed to challenge and enhance the gaming experience by competing with top human drivers using advanced AI techniques. Our team developed a novel deep reinforcement learning approach, Quantile Regression Soft Actor-Critic, enabling GT Sophy to master three critical driving skills: Race Car Control, Racing Tactics, and Racing Etiquette. This sophisticated AI can handle over 340 cars on nine tracks, offering players a truly formidable opponent. The recognition by AI Breakthrough underscores our mission to advance AI research and development to enhance human imagination, creativity, and entertainment experiences. Here’s a closer look at what makes each one stand out in the fiercely competitive field of AI research: 1. Consistency Trajectory Models: This paper introduces a novel approach to understanding probability flow in diffusion models, marking a significant step forward in generative model research. 2. Manifold Preserving Guided Diffusion: A testament to our team's innovation, this research showcases state-of-the-art (SOTA) achievements, enhancing the robustness and quality of generated content. 3. SAN: Inducing Metrizability of GAN with Discriminative Normalized Linear Layer: By redefining the structural foundations of GANs, this paper opens new avenues for generative models, ensuring greater stability and performance. 4.
